Our comprehensive senior fitness program is an integral part of Vitalize 360 and a central component of many residents' daily schedules at Orchard Cove. We offer traditional fitness activities, combined with integrative therapies to help individuals build personalized wellness programs that encompass mind, body, and spirit.

Our team of fitness professionals works with each person to develop a customized fitness plan that sets achievable and measurable goals, and incorporates physical needs, intellectual stimulation, and a deep sense of community.

Susan Flashner Fineman has been the Fitness Director at Orchard Cove for the past seven years. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Education and a Master's Degree in Counseling. Susan is certified as a Personal Trainer by the American College of Sports Medicine, which is "the gold standard of fitness." She has run her own fitness company for the past 15 years. Susan is also featured in The Daily Fit, a Sharon, Mass., cable program on exercise.
